iSpeed is a lap timer and telemetry comparison tool for iRacing. It shows real-time speed, splits, and best-lap deltas during driving, and includes a Lap Analyzer to compare your laps against your own best or thousands of laps in the Datamart. Free. What It Does
iSpeed displays a real-time HUD with speed, split times, best lap, and time delta. The Lap Analyzer compares braking points, turn-in points, gear selection, corner speeds, and steering angle. Converts iRacing replay files (.rpy) to lap files (.irlap). Auto-saves best laps and setups. Customisable trap speeds and splits. Audio announcements for splits and lap times via text-to-speech.

Setup Instructions
Download from ispeed.lfr.net (or nessoft.com). Install on Windows. Run alongside iRacing—it records laps automatically. Use the HUD during sessions for live splits and deltas. After sessions, use the Lap Analyzer to compare laps. Access the web interface from a second monitor or mobile device on the same network.
